Im not going to mention names ,but I have an oportunity to buy a 100k lot that you can ride straight out onto stockton beach.
with council approval, only a shed (garage) can be erected.
I was considering a few shipping containers togther.
If my maths is any good 20 people at $5000 a hit and we own it.
well what do you say ??

Like I said its still early days.
But it looks as though there would be 3 lots going up for sale at $100 k each.
I'm sure my lawer can draft somthing up ,so if you wanted to sell it would have to be to someone interested in dirtbike or quads.and you get your 5 k back.
Gettings a little bit ahead of myself here but a great oportunity for a base camp for a club.
Owners to have full keys to sheds (powered site).
Secured yard and containers .
Lounges and beds for 30+
BBQ fires places
Full workshop
You could probly even leave the quads on site (as long as I have a key)...lol

No probs but do you have $600 k plus to make it happen ?
If you are interested please just put down so. And if and when it happens next year I will check with you on your finiances at the time.
It will be carried out in a completly legal manner and it will be legal to ride your quad from your own property onto the dunes.(you have to be registered).

Yes there are 3 blocks next to each other.The owner wishes to sell all 3 lots it appears one of the quad companys wants one lot for trading from.
But I have known the owner for 20 years if I said I wanted it I could buy all 3.But I will need numbers.
Once this land is sold,there are no more blocks you can ride from ,you would have to trailer your bikes to lavis lane.And the company buying the remaing 10 acres will never sell it.
this is a one of deal.

Im not going to disclose the exact location.lets just say its about 2min from McDonalds.
If you would like to buy a block yourself for 100k or the entire 3 ..pm me and i will give the owner your phone number.
The size of the block would be about 800 square meters each one.
Remember you cannot legaly put a house on the land just a shed.
But I guess you could live there in a van.
I was thinking a great spot for a 70 trike race track on a wednesday afternoon.
