Well doesn't the knob sure stand out like a sore thumb on this thread. You know who you are. Shove your sales pitches and your sales numbers fair up your clacker. I can understand why so many of us buy from other places with your holier than thou attitude, and pure wankiness.

I have a streamline fitted to my Raptor. I like my damper set fairly stiff, almost all the way hard. The eye bolt snapped last weekend and holy sh!t do I hate riding a quad without a steering damper. I am not terribly strong so I need the damper.

If this happens again I am going to a precision damper. I don't want to be miles out on a long ride and have the bastard snap again.

And yeah you two needle d!ck morons need to get a room and sort yourselves out. Take your petty crap somewhere else.

Moderators ???????

It the steering hitting the bump stop or is the damper bottoming ? This may cause the bolt to fatigue and then sheer or if it was loose it may eventually break ,hope this helps .

Yeah I'm not sure what it was. Everything was tight and it was not hitting at either end. I think this is the weakest link, and if it happens again the whole thing is going!
