Hook up your back brake to the front brake.
So when you use the front brake lever, it activates both brakes.

Good luck.

Most of the kids bike eg the Raptor 90 use levers for front and rear brakes so you might be able to find something quite easily, just a new line made up.

yeah the older renegades have a master cylinder on the front which runs both the front and rear brake while still having a rear brake foot pedal. you should be able to use the front master cylinder though without the rear brake pedal.

I may be totally wrong here as I am not an expert but could you install a Rekluse Clutch and just do away with the clutch lever and change it to a brake lever? I am not sure if the Rekluse Clutch can be run in that way? It might be worth asking around though.

According to their website you do no need to run a clutch lever.

I run a rekluse clutc on my TRX450, best thing since they invented quads laughing Didnt even give it a thought for that, it would work no problems as the only time I use my clutch is when I do a high rev Take off, after that i dont use it and never use it trail riding. I use the Z-Start PRO which uses the clutch lever, the standard Z-Start eleminates the lever all together. I got mine from Sutto's Motorcycles in NSW

hey mate,

have you ever heard of a "clake"?

http://www.clake.com.au/

its a clutch lever and brake lever in one.

they are expensive but the dirt bike blokes rave about em (i think). even blokes with both legs run em...

check it out.

failing that you could look into running a rear thumb brake, like mick doohan did towards the end of his career, when he couldnt push down on his brake pedal anymore after smashing his leg to bits!

Seems to be some pretty good options suggested so far, if none of them are suitable, how about mounting outboard of your gear stick?
