raptor 90 tether switch problem

Howdy guys, fitted a tether switch to the raptor 90, was told that one wire to the yellow/red wire and one to earth (the handle bar clamp) but it doesnt work Crying or Very sad need help please...

Sounds like you have a normaly open kill switch........dont know much about rappy 90's but on bigger machines with a battery you hook it to the hot wire coming out of the stator and earth the other wire to bar clamps.

The way you describe above would work for a normaly closed switch but they are not as comon as the N/O switches.

Sorta like an alternator I quess......usualy on the flywheel side, wires will be coming out of the case.
