 |
|
Hi , has anyone tried a twist throttle on a 4X4 ? are there major issues with twist throttles on quad bikes ? is it a BAD idea ???? ..Not for racing or anything just popping around the scrub up and down gullies , over rocks and the like ..
I find when i get into certain situations with the standard throttle arm i bump it and start pig root`n and so forth, specially say turning hard left and my right arm is stretched out i tend to roll my hand off the grip a bit therefore throttle control changes dramatically. Its not the fact that push the lever flat out or anything , just bump it probably 1 mm or so , i even got the throttle stop screw wound rite in so i only got a quarter throttle , its all i need on a 750 idling around the bush,
any ideas ???
Thanks |

sounds bad if your going to roll your hand off the grip...
