Thats it guys! We could pick one MX event a month at Barliegh Ranch to start with and see if we can get regular numbers at these events(at least 8 to 10).
Just be aware of Super Motard dates and Titles Races that may clash.
Its really not that hard but if you put your hand up to race that day,try hard to turn up so we can grow consistant numbers(Thats what happened at Maitland MX one week 3 and the next week 15?We just need to pull together).
Now all we need is the dates and then pick some.
Barleigh Ranch would be a great practise track and if you plan to race the Nationals in Perth , the Wanneroo circuit will be very tough you will need to be race fit to get good finish.
Dirt track NSW Championship: Why not go 1)Barliegh ranch,2)Tamworth and the shorter track at 3)Cowra and have it as a 3 round Championhip ? We could run a 450 class and a Big bore class,its up to us and the numbers to support the two classes(6 plus 6 would be minimum).
The interest seems strong now lets get it together.
If the NSW Quad club started again would the people from Sydney Travel once every say two months (as an example) to Gosford (Aprox 1 hour travel North) and people from Newcastle be prepared to travel (Aproximatly 1 hour South )?If so I will be available to start it off again as President if ok'ed by the members (As long as we can get some good helpers to support like V Pres, Secretary and Treasurer, Mx Delegate and Flat track delegate one South and one North)
Then when the Club is strong enough you could run a North and South Division (Sydney and Newie) and even be affiliated with MA !
No more favouring of Dirt Track or MX , all disaplins will be available and it will be encouraged for the riders to support each event with a Calender to go from!
Maybe Even get the web site up and running again as an information point ?
What do you think guys/girls?
Who wants to fill the shoes<as many hands make light work.
1 person for each task is all we need and away we go !

sounds interesting len, be good to get some sort of club together just to organise it all and the website would be a great idea as a central point in which to get dates and even enter/express interest in races and even social days.
where is that ranch track?

the qld boys are coming down to stockton for our annual trip on july 6th - 9th and i personally wanted to have a go at one of your mx tracks on the saturday or sunday. I might be able to get a few of the others to come as well, are you guys riding that weekend? if so, we would like to tag along? let me know.

yeh there is a big sand track near the windmill - it's called stockton beach!! only jokes!!
no track near the windmill mate!!

So are you in for the position of VP? and I was thinking MX at Barliegh ranch on the 23rd of July ,then pick a Dirt track in August at Cowra,Dirt Track at Barliegh Ranch September...MX at Barleigh Ranch September... with no more than two events in one month One DT and one MX to keep the numbers up! What do you think?

Please Email your full contact details to me if you would like to race MX or DT or Motard or Stockton for fun or All . I can then do a list .If you dont have Email get a friend or library to do it for you as phone calls cost money! When we get the club financial we can phone people!

MarK Avard has advised we are low on Quad Numbers for the last Australian round at QLD on the 24th of June 2006.He mentioned if we cant make up the numbers he will make our last round on July 31st at Eastern Creek.Refer to this below

OK, I'm new to this scene and live in Canberra. What's the story with the club day at Cowra?
I'm interested in showing up, anyone else going from Canberra?
As for the NSW club and possible diciplines I'm more into trail riding but certainly might be convinced to think about MX or the others.
