 |
|
Hi all.
I crashed my LTZ 400 on the weekend and bent the handle bars.
I was going to buy Pro Tapers and they come in two different heights.
108mm which is standard and 121mm.
I'm not sure what ones to buy??
Does anyone have any comments or opinions on this??
Or should I be looking at a different brand?? |

call Adam at quad squad,
he will recomend the perfect height and bend of flex bars for you.
they cost a bit more but you will never buy another brand again once you have had them |

I have thought about a set of Flexx bars. I plan on doing a bit of enduro riding so I guess it makes sense to spend the extra cash.
Thanks. |

Yep, Flexx Bars are the best for sure. I don't think even Huskygoat could argue with that one.....or could he?

I fiited a set of Flexx bars the week prior to Indee this year and finished without the usual arm and shoulder soreness. For me, I don't notice a huge difference while riding but these bars definitely have cut down on fatigue.
And yes Mick he probably will, just for the heck of it... _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

If you do bush riding I would probably go with the higher bend Pro Taper or Renthal twin wall bars are good also.
Flexx bars are gr8 but they would want to be for over $500! |

Depends on your budget. If you have the extra cash to burn go the flexx bars, i run them on my kfx and wouldnt run any other set bars after trying these. If they are too dear a set of pro tapers or renthals would still be fine. _________________ 07 KFX700

You can't. You can pick them up O/S for $359.90 USD delivered at the moment. You obviously don't get the local product knowledge and set up support with this though. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!! |

I think it to be unlikely that you can get flexx bars for this price delivered to your door from u.s. Unless you have contacts over there or are looking at the flexx bars on us ebay that say free shipping which is only for persons within the u.s. Otherwise shipping would be around $100.00usd. Making the cheapest bars i can find in the states $514.60aud delivered.
I can purchase them in oz cheaper for roughly $420.00aud.
I stand corrected if this statement is incorrect in any way. Cheers.

Bought these for a mate using my Paypal account. Don't really want to promote O/S business but you asked for the details. I will delete this tomorrow. _________________ I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying it!!!
