Yep.....have always had issues but the key is ventilation.
Try taking the foam out of your goggles, and you can also take the foam out of the vent in the front of your helmet, it really helps alot.
You can get prescription goggles but they just fog up too. |

I would assume already that you have OGF goggles (Over Glasses Frame).. if you've got Scott goggle you could try a turbo flow lense, they are a dual layer vented lense, there is a 2mm gap between the layer and the vent go right through (foam filtered) _________________

I do not race, but do wear glasses occasionally.
I'd reckon Linc and PeteW are spot on. Ventilation is the key.
The various "no fog" treatments are not worth a cracker....... _________________ Remember. We elect politicians, but we have to deal with bureaucracy.

Contact lenses are the way to go... I wore glasses under goggles for years and they are uncomfortable and pain when taking your helmet on and off.
I wear Night and Day lenses which last for 30-days so you only have to put them in/out once a month. Never looked back _________________ Proud Member of QuadridersSA

I've raced a few really dusty events wearing my contacts and haven't had any issues. _________________ Proud Member of QuadridersSA
