you could always do both Keeh, a normal swingarm skid plate will suffice for most conditions and give you better disc protection, but the dual sprocket guards will give you better ground clearance.

no. just like a race that you don't need a licence for

some black events do have insurance, but likely only p/l insurance for the event and no cover for the riders.

UP DATE; The second days riding on sunday will be only $10 per quad.

Have also be adviced by others that have been on this ride a few weeks ago and thats it is rocky so be prepared.

eg; 6ply tyres minimum, be able to do 85 km fuel range. carry some food and drinks ,also some tyre plugs and a pump (you just never know).

once we start this ride it is only oneway so a break down will take a long time to recover.

bring you quad ready to ride and well maintained.

This is not a race its a trail ride .

Firstly, thanks for the advice mate.
Currently racing an 06 YFZ450, QRCV MX at Tolleen Vic and One (so far) enduro. Just concerned about chain de-railment and damage to the sprocket during the enduro's. MX not so much potential for rut guided chain damage. Thinking either one piece to cover both disc and sprocket or the dual sprocket bolt-on and fin as you use. What did you pay for yours?

All you forum racers have got it wrong doesn't matter how many pots or strokes its got all you need is one of these and a trailtech to tell you how fast you are going!
