We still have a few new LTRs left, some 2006/07s and 2009s. These are all bikes withdrawn off the USA market. They ARE brand new and come with factory warranty. Compared to the 11g we where paying for these a few years ago, these are bargains. The early ones are known to do heaps of hours without gearbox trouble. '08 onwards are the same gearbox. The original sp wamulass's. I assumed the cheng shin would be be the same, but i guess the sp's had 'grown' as they wore out

hello all, first post here. ive searched and i cannot find a relevant post so ill ask here.

Had the 125cc quad for a month or so ridden it 4 times, when i try to start it now the electric start slowly turns over then nothing... then slowly turns over again until it burns all the battery out.

I thought it could be a flat battery but i think its not because i used a portable jump starter and it did the same thing but started to melt the wires because it was a 1900amp one heh.

please give me some ideas, ive ordered another cdi and starter motor but im not sure what it could be. maybe compression too high and the starter motor cant turn over enough?

I will most certainly be going. Will be getting my conditional rego after putting my mirrors back on. Have expressed interest on the facebook page and am awaiting the website to register. It is going to be a HUGE weekend for quads and SxS's and I have heard there may even be some members of parliament showing their sorry faces...

Yeah I run 22:1 and 98 octane (shell vpower)
I use castrol oil R30
Good stuff never had any trouble just goes stale fairly quick after mixed
Bike is an 82 250r no work done to engine just uni filter and DG pipe
Just my opinion I'm no expert

Depends what compression you've got but I'd start with pump 98 as a minimum.
